Our apartment building is rather unique. In 1981, the building was built as a hotel. It is made of steel and concrete; it's a lot more study than apartments that are made of bricks and sticks. Apparently, it was too far off the beaten path for a hotel and the building was eventually converted into an apartment complex in the late 90's.
We have 97 units comprised of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. Utilities are included in the monthly rental costs at a flat rate, so you are never surprised by a MLG&W bill. The utilities that are included are heat and air, electricity and water, monthly pest control, and sewer, and trash pick-up.
Our apartment building is a family-run business and we love to work with small businesses, too.

I loved living here. All of the
staff were always more than willing to help solve any issues or complaints.... For the most part, it is a laid-back environment. A lot of the tenants have been living there a while, and there are some great people that live here!
I call this place home. It's my first apartment. I like that people are nice and look out for each other. They even get together and cook-out by the pool! Yum!
