You can apply for an apartment by downloading an application and emailing it to us, snail-mailing it to us, or dropping it off in person.  Even if you come by and the office is closed, you can always drop it in the rent drop box that is to the left of the office door.  We will get it the next business day and let you know.  The application fee can either be snail-mailed or dropped off as well.  If that isn't an option, you may pay online for a $3 charge for an e-check or 3% charge from a credit or debit card.
